Camps, Conferences, and Non-Degree Programs at UT Martin
The Office of Housing partners with the Office of University Outreach to provide housing accommodations and support for summer camps, conferences, and other non-degree programs offered on the UT Martin campus.
Hosting Camps and Programs: Registration and Compliance
To ensure the integrity of all programming and the safety of participants, all camps, conferences, and non-degree programs must be properly registered through the Office of University Outreach. Below are the key steps and requirements for hosting programs on campus:
Program Registration:
- All program requests must be submitted through the UTM Runway Camp Request Form-this link takes me to the landing page and says I'm not authorized
- Program hosts must complete the required checklist and submit all associated forms by the appropriate deadlines.
Staff Rosters and Background Checks:
- Camp staff rosters must be submitted a minimum of 65 days before the program's start date.
- Background checks (required for certain camps) must be submitted 60 days before the camp begins. The program host is responsible for covering the cost of these checks.
Contracts and Agreements:
- All contracts, agreements, or memorandums of understanding (such as facility-use agreements) must be finalized before the program begins.
