University Courts

Welcome to University Courts, your student and family-friendly apartment complex! Here's everything you need to know about our accommodations:

Apartment Features

• Unit Types: One, two, or three-bedroom units
• Furnishing: All apartments are unfurnished but include a refrigerator and stove
• Utilities: Internet, SpectrumU Streaming Cable, laundry facility, trash and water are included in the semester rent. Residents are responsible for their own electricity through WCMES.
• Layout: Each apartment features a kitchen, living area, and bathroom.

Application Process

To apply for University Courts, complete an application on the My UTMartin Portal. Follow these steps for detailed instructions. Please note, there's a required $50 deposit per resident to complete the application.
