Through a Master Lease Agreement with Skyhawk Rentals, UTM Housing offers apartment-style living for students seeking additional independence while remaining part of the university housing program.
University Town combines the convenience of apartment living with the support and services of UTM Housing, all within a short 5-minute drive to campus.

Each University Town apartment includes:

The community is professionally managed by Skyhawk Rentals, with UTM Housing overseeing assignments, billing, residential support, and student conduct processes.
Two UTM Resident Assistants (RAs) live on site to provide community support and assistance throughout the academic year.
