If your Skyhawk card is lost or stolen, you may request a new card for a small fee of $25. To request a replacement card, you MUST submit a request online. To pay the $25 charge, you may pay online or in-person when picking up your new card from the cashier window in the One Stop Shop at Clement Hall. 

Online

  1. Log on to myUTMartin portal
  2. Click on the Banner tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on the PERSONAL tab at the top of the screen
  4. Click on SKYHAWK LOST ID CARD REPLACEMENT
  5. Read the terms of replacement
  6. Click on REQUEST REPLACEMENT SKYHAWK ID CARD (25 DOLLAR CHARGE)
  7. Your request will be submitted. You may either pay for it online using the PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS link or pay in person at the cashier window in the Bursar's Office
